Avery Label Templates 5160

The label options dialog that word displays when you click start mail merge on the mailings ribbon lets you select the 5160 label type, whose data is built into word. The borders did not print but showed me where to put the address since i print only a couple of labels at a time. I noticed that the office 2011 labels do not have borders. I cannot seem to understand how to do this. For instance 5160 address labels:

I've tried using both the avery template and the word label option with the same result. None of these show up in the label templates available in ms word 2010, so i need to know what templates are comparable, so i am not wasting time and money to print labels. I do know how to make a whole page of one same label and cannot quite figure out how they are done differently.
