But since i'm new at this i don't know what paperwork i'm going to need here or if i just need to go to a real estate attorney to make all this happen. I am putting my contract documents and have a couple questions about subject to deals. Would i use the same purchase and sale agreement and then add the subject to line items as an addendum?
