Template In French

When i download the templates it does so in french. If you set the office language preference to french, the templates downloaded will be in french. Nothing you can do changes that It should come up with a small dialogue box that reads french for the default language (it might read french (canadian)). This happens after random copy and pasting (could be from anywhere).
